Please do not send documents or sensitive information (personal identification numbers, income details, health data, etc.) through the contact form. If you become our client, we will request such information through a secure channel.

Retention period

We keep inquiries for up to 12 months after our last correspondence if no contract follows. If you become our client, your data will be processed in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

Who has access to the data

Your data is accessible only to the employees of Etoda Consult Ltd who handle inquiries. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not transfer data outside the European Union.
